Hello Japan Rabbit,
I would like a series of CHECKBOX flags to the order process.
The CHECKBOX flags would be for items in which have the potential to be sold out if Japan Rabbit's purchases do not purchase the item in a timely manner.
The simple fact is that some purchases (especially those in the field of geeky stuff) are limited stock or timed exclusives.
For example: I have ordered an item off of Premium Bandai Japan which at the moment has been in the orders waiting now over 72 hours to be ordered. I do expect the item within a week.
The CHECKBOX flags would be:
* Items Expected to be Sold Out/Unavailable (within 6 hours.)
* Items Expected to be Sold Out/Unavailable (within 12 hours.)
* Items Expected to be Sold Out/Unavailable (within 24 hours.)
* Items Expected to be Sold Out/Unavailable (within 72 hours.)
The simple fact is its not just auction websites in which consumers face the fear of a limited time window for purchase.
Obviously, you can charge a dollar or more for the priority window.
I currently have an item that I have been waiting now over 72 hours to be purchased off of Bandai Premium Japan which a only sells made to order premium items with limited timed windows. The company is known for closing order windows early if an item sells too many items for it to be still a limited exclusive.
So piece of mind knowing at very least, knowning that I can get priority for an item without it being on an auction site for a dollar in my mind would be worth it.
Besides why are auction site purchasers always getting priority on the weekend when its common place for companies to launch new products on Fridays???

Priority Purchase Option

Hello, I'd like to suggest an option to expedite the purchase process and/or preorder for an item that's set to release at a set time with a limited quantity/expected to sell out fast.
It really sucks to place an order on JapanRabbit and have to worry about the item being sold in the time the order is being processed. It'd also be great if there was an option to have someone purchase a limited quantity item that's being released at a specific time, since it's hard to compete for such items with time zone differences. I'd be more than happy to pay extra for the service.

Shizu Thanks for the feedback! We have a similar request for "Time Sensitive" flags so I will merge this into there. But until this feature goes live (we plan to have it one day but no timeline at this stage) you can always include details regarding when an item will open for orders in the item details in your cart and we will arrange someone to be available then if we can (if it is outside our regular hours there is a 2000 yen out of hours fee which is not refundable if items sell out).
If there is a short window between when you order and when purchases will start for an item please email us, that will help us see the details faster.
We usually process requests in the order they are made, but if we know about a limited, timed release in advance we can make allowances for it.

Would like to see a quick button for listing [Special Fees] one can include with their [Pre-approved Allowance]. [Special Fees] from WRE support page (like the Outside of Business Hours Purchase Fee). External link to a similar page would work, or something similar to [Show breakdown] in the [Summary] module.

What i really want is for the items i order to be purchased when i input the order
Since purchasing through agents is slow and there’s no automation set for purchases ATM, I would prefer to just get an address to which my purchases can go to

Sometimes, some article items have a limited of time to order and client do not want to miss out the chance to get it sooner. Is there anything that would reassure a client a secured and prompt purchase. Is there any online shopping tips that you would advise ?

At this point a "Just by the item, i'll pay the shipping cost regardless" option would be welcome too
This is the 3rd time an item i ordered ran out of stock before the purchase was made. And it's even worse since it's a BOOTH item which has few to no chance of being reprinted
