I have a complaint. This is the first time I say that your customer service is poor. I experienced a misunderstanding with you, and I explained to the employee that the previous employee who handled my order had said something different from what she was saying. I also attached screenshots as proof, but she still did not respond.
After that, all my orders started being canceled by you. Honestly, I do not understand this approach. You should at least respond. I also sent messages more than three days ago and explained the reason for the issue, which happened because the information was not clear and each employee was saying something different.
Honestly, I can also attach the screenshots in the conversation if needed.
