I use Japan Rabbit coupled with Blackship, and most of the time I need to access a very specific transferred package's information to fill out Blackship's customs declaration.
I already made a different post about keeping that history available, but I would really appreciate the following QOL changes :
  • In the "Orders" tab, append the package's identifier (with ideally an embedded link to the package page) to the product name when it has been received ;
  • In the "Packages" tab, add a search bar at the top to find directly a package through its identifier or the order's identifier, no matter which of the subcategories it is currently in ("Waiting", "Received", etc.). You could even append that information to the search result with embedded links (e.g. Package "WXYZ" [embedded link to package page] from order "ABCD" [embedded link to order page], status : "Received").
