Automatic Yahoo!Auction bidding

Another problem that needs urgent fixing is the fact that as long as bids are handled manually by humans - there will ALWAYS be some auctions lost before an employee places the ordered bid.
What if I find an auction ending within a couple of hours on Sunday night? There is absolutely no chance for me to win that item using Japan Rabbit services.
There are only two ways to solve this issue:
a) Overstaffing with employees paid extra to work weekends/holidays/night shifts
b) Automatic Yahoo!Auction bidding
It's your call, Japan Rabbit. I've just lost an auction precisely like in the above scenario and you forced my hand to check your competition. As much as I love the quality of your service, ultimately I am here to buy my items - and if you can't deliver on that then I will find somebody else who will.

Any update on this? I've stopped bidding on auctions as there's little chance of winning at this point. I've put in hundreds of bids only to be outbid by $10 at the end of the auction.

I agree that live auction bids/bid management is a feature we are desperate to have. Unfortunately, I lost multiple auctions due to revealing my max bid days before the end of the auction (giving others time to counter).
An easy alternative is a "timed bid" feature that utilizes the current process but Japan Rabbit has an automated way to bid 5-10 minutes before ending - rather than what I assume is a person placing a manual bid. This would be a good alternative until a full feature could be delivered.
The full feature of being able to process live bids would be amazing and game game-changing.

Updating bids by customers is one thing that is definitely needed. But a far more important feature is SNIPING. Placing a bid too early is a total nonsense, it gives other bidders plenty of time to bid or think about the strategy and the final price is always much higher. It should be like what everybody does on ebay - sniping and placing the bid automatically 5-6 seconds before the auction end, that is by far the cheapest way how to win the auction. For me this is the most important feature that should be part of any auction. I don't know if there's already sniping software for Yahoo auctions (that could be used so that you guys wouldn't have to program your own).

I came from other proxy services. So far I love the service of Japan rabbit. This feature is needed urgently!

Just a small update on this one, we are aware that this is a feature people want and one we definitely want to pursue as well. However, we have some other technical issues to solve first and plan to visit an improved Auctions system in the future. Feel free to continue casting your vote if this is important to you, as that will help us prioritze it in the future.

Sabina Fischer: is there an eta on this?

Alex B: Sadly no ETA yet, but if I'm realistic I don't believe this will be seen in 2023 (this could change of course).

Please include the option for live bidding. I will likely use a different proxy service like Buyee due to losing auctions because of it being outside office hours

Snipe Bids

Please add in the option to place a sniper bid (Placed 5 minutes before the auction ends) instead of automatically bidding. I feel like I have lost some auctions when the bid is placed right away.
