After consolidating items and shipping them soon after, some of the consolidated goods have been showing up later on my dashboard as individual packages still awaiting shipment.

These are items I've already received weeks ago, but at the same time the system is sending me email notifications about the storage fees that these "ghost packages" are supposedly accumulating.
